Bevredig – Terms and Conditions, Returns & Exchange Policy

At Bevredig, your satisfaction, privacy, and confidence are our top priorities. Because of the intimate nature of our products, we have a carefully considered returns and exchange policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and discretion at all times.


1. Returns on Sealed Products

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. You are welcome to return any product provided that:

  • The product is still sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return is requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • All returns are sent via your own courier at your expense.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a store credit to your account.


2. Faulty or Damaged Products

We pride ourselves on offering high-quality, premium products, but if your item arrives faulty, defective, or damaged, we’re here to help.

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at orders@bevredig.co.za
  • The item must be returned to us in its original packaging, even if opened.
  • Once we inspect and confirm the fault, we’ll issue you a full store credit or, where possible, send you a replacement.
  • Please note that return courier costs are your responsibility.
 

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened products.
  • Used products.
  • Lingerie, lubricants, oils, or consumables.
  • Intimate items where the seal has been broken.

This policy ensures the safety, privacy, and peace of mind of all our customers.


4. Discreet Returns & Privacy

We understand the need for confidentiality when shopping with Bevredig. All returns and exchanges are handled with the utmost discretion.

  • Your parcel will never display any product details.
  • Our name will appear subtly on courier labels to protect your privacy.
 
5. Store Credits & Processing Times
  • Store credits will be issued within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Credits can be used toward any future purchase on Bevredig.
  • Please note: cash refunds are not available.
